Build 0722 Pre-emptive threading new to Version 10 caused the system main timer events to fire while in another directory. This would happen on all MAPI and File Dialog tasks. This would cause POSTCFIG, TABLES and MAILHEAD to be opened/closed/created in another directory such as \Documents and Settings or \Program Files\Outlook Express or \Program Files\Common Files\System\1033, \Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033. The system is now changed to not fire Timer Events when MAPI or FileDialog tasks are active. Users are recommended to check their harddrives for these three files located in any of these places and delete them (along with any other TPS file found in these directories)

EPI - EPI Threads run at exact same time
Build 0717 All EPI sessions run at exact same time because the system is fully thread safe. This has caused the EPI Trace files to become difficult to read since session and com functions are happening at exact same second. Also, this may create high CPU on the server and I/O BUS to com port. The system has been changed to only allow one cycle per session at a time (unless it is just SMDR posting) by locking the thread from other threads and then releasing it when the cycle finishes.

Some systems will go offline if a roomMaster ENQ is answered with a PBX ENQ when both systems have items to send. EPI will now always yield to the remote system if the COM buffer has characters waiting when an ENQ is sent. The system will now yield back to a wait/rcvport status, process the incoming information and then go back to post bidirectional message.

When the night audit is run and completed, the backup does not run and the night audit image files (.rws) are not being removed. Reviewing customer's data, it shows the users are selecting "Dayend Close Reprint" as a AutoRun option causing a recursive call issue corrupting some global variables. Correction is to have the user turn off this report as an AutoRun option. Version 10.1 will no longer allow this report to be selected as an auto-run report.

Build 0717 When using Shift4, the card number attached to the folio is used as the default card, even when multiple cards were scanned/used for the same folio. A change has been made that if the default card does not have an approved amount on it, the system will find and default to another card used on that folio that has an approved amount. This is common if the card the guest checked in with is declined and another card is swiped. Then when the guest checks out, the system should default to the new/approved card rather than the original card without an approval.

POS - Streamlined Station Location fields to numeric
Build 0717 Station Location fields were alpha/numeric, even though they should be numeric. If a user placed an alpha character in there, it could cause items to not print to the kitchen/bar printers when the system was evaluating "skip local printing".

When the Occupancy Forecast Report is run, it does not pickup all Total Rooms or occupancy causing the report to be different each time it is run. The TAB: record buffer was not being cleared which caused this issue.

If a sub-window is not full screen and the Reports screen is opened, when coming back to the Reports screen, the RelationTree and Browse window are not full screen. The resize logic does not fire during the window GAIN:FOCUS event.

rm.Net - RM.NET can share the last booking and overbook
If a roomMaster.net user saw availability and took a long time to book the room, and a local user (or another rm.net user) took that last room and finished the booking, the original user when they finish their booking could cause an overbooking. The issue is that the API bypassing overbooking so CRS reservations are still entered into the system (Xenon, CRS, XML, etc.) -- a modification was made to the API to not ignore overbooking when it is a RM.NET reservation.

rm.Net - roomMaster.net Promo Code For Groups Override rate
When a Promo code is used, attached to a group code, and the group has an overridden rate, the rack rate is still used ignoring the override rate. This was corrected. Overriden rates on an individual day level is still not supported however.

rm.Net - roomMaster.net sometimes freezes
It is reported that roomMaster.net may freeze once roomMaster 2000 V10 is installed. This is most likely because the rw5api32.dll is GPFing when starting a new thread and the IQreservations.exe is hung up in the task manager. This is caused because the C6 compiler GPF's when starting new threads. We are currently waiting a fix to the C6 compiler which should initiate the threads properly before starting.

rm.Net - Show Deposit Posting checkbox does not work
If the "Show Deposit and not post" checkbox is selected in roomMaster.net setup, the deposit is still posted to roomMaster 2000. This correction cascades to both V3 and V4 of roomMaster.net automatically.
