Main System - iQ-WorldLink XML format has new standard
iQ-WorldLink XML Format (Inventory and Rate Export) now have a new format style to be compatible with Version 11. See new layout change documentation and Schema support in the online help. This change normalizes the layouts and will become the standard from this point forward.

Main System - More Names and Messages are retained
During the initial creation of a reservation, if the user enters additional guest names using the More Names feature or adds a message using the Message feature and then cancels out of the reservation without saving, the More Names and/or Messages will be populated in the next reservation. The user must manually delete the more names and/or messages.

Main System - Overbooking when reinstating a reservation
When reinstating a reservation and it creates an Overbooking, and the user cancels out before saving the reservation because they do not know the Overbooking password or by choice, the Forecast retains the overbooking and a Rebuild Forecast must be run to fix the Availability. This is only when reinstating a reservation.

Main System - Travel Agent#2 Field not saved during check in
When a Travel Agent is attached to a reservation using the Travel Agent#2 field, during the CheckIn Wizard the field information is deleted. The user must then re-attach the Travel Agent to the Travel Agent#2 field manually after the CheckIn process.

When printing the Commission Statements if the room activity is extensive enough the data will over print onto the footer of the report.

When printing Owner's Commission Statements, if the room number exceeds 4 characters, only the 1st 4 characters of the room number are printed on the statement.
