Common Library - File Error (HALT) would keep rw5main.exe running
In some instances, depending on the program call stack, if roomMaster "HALT" error window appeared and closed down the application, it could still be running under windows. (Found in Windows Task Manager)

Common Library - Windows Update Security Patch stops HTML Help
A recent Windows Security Update issued a "patch" to fix a security hole in HTML Help. This patch does not allow HTML Help to be viewed across a network. The HTML Help can only be viewed on the workstation containing the installation of the HTML Help.

Common Library - Winsize Registry (Save/Restore) functions enhanced
Enhancement: Enhanced the Winsize Registry functions for all of roomMaster to not position windows out of the frame when opening. If a window opens outside the frame's non-virtual region, the window will appear in the center of the frame. Users should no longer think their computer has "froze" but the window is actually positioned in the virtual frame area.

EPI - Centigram and HIS Encore VM do not handle TCP/IP
When interfacing EPI using TCP/IP communication with a Voice Mail System using the Centigram or HIS Encore emulation, the Bi-Directional Message can be sporadically ignored by EPI based on the LRC/CRC character check calculation and not sent to the device. When the calculation equals to "blank" or HEX20, it can not be sent over TCP/IP.

EPI - IP Port is closed after two hours of inactivity
If the EPI session is using IP as a communication type, even if Keep Alives are active, EPI (because of the ActiveX control) will close the port after 2 hours of NULL activity. EPI will now send an ENQ (HEX05) every hour, regardless if the remote system can handle the heartbeat in an effort to keep the pipe alive. This will occur, by default, when using IP communications for all configurations. It can be disabled by checking the Disable Heartbeat checkbox on the configuration - Header tab.

EPI - Link Responses may not work properly
When running any EPI session which uses a Heartbeat Link response (Lucent, NEC2400IMS, CTI Hotel Manager, and Alcatel), EPI would not respond. In addition, all link messages were no longer sending guest names. Lucent Guest works may have also have an issue with multiple checkin's being sent within 1 second of eachother.

EPI - Otrum Movie Interface Checkin Message too long
When using EPI connected to an Otrum Movie interface, the checkin message is sent as a 46 byte string instead of a 45 byte string causing the SysCom and Global interfaces to not accept the message.

EPI - Stopped Mode mesages now sent
When roomMaster is in stopped mode, Micros/Uniwell/Aloha/Toshiba would receive no response message. The EPI has now been changed to send a "roomMaster in stopmode" message to the remote system.

Main System - Daily Charges Report has incorrect dates
The Daily Charges and Packages report does not print proper Checkin/Checkout dates when the account is being used as a Special Package. It ends up using the Checkin/Checkout dates of the previous record on the report.

Main System - Discounts do not show properly ($ versus %)
Fixed in 10.07.02: When displaying discounts (in Setup or Picking a Discount) - flat rate discounts do not show in the proper currency format. This is only a display issue, as the calculation is done properly.

Main System - End Date Displays Sporadically with Exceptions
When a reservation crosses a Rate Exception Period, the automatic rate change entered may display the incorrect ending date on the Rate Change display screen. The rate change is still entered correctly and posts correctly; this is just a display issue on this screen. Does not affect the Total Stay, Sign in Sheet or actual posting.

Main System - Group Block Used Counts can be inaccurate
If the forecasting is rebuilt during the dayend close, and there are groups inhouse, the group block detail record used count is moved into the released count.

Main System - Group Rate Display issue
When selecting a group, which changes the room type on the reservation, the rate is not updated on the screen to match the new room type selected. This is only a display issue, as once the reservation is saved, or F11 is pressed, the proper rate is calculated.

Main System - Issues with Room Type Configuration Parameters
Changing either checkbox in Room Type Setup Configuration Parameter does not 'stick' unless the user changes something else as well on the screen. In addition, Room Availability > Breakdown > Room Type pull down can sometimes not include room room types, because of incorrect settings in room type parameters screen. (uses tab:tablenumber2 instead of tab:tableval6)

Main System - Multiple connecting rooms will freeze roomMaster.
Fixed in 10.07.02: If a reservation has more than one room assigned to it, and each of those assigned rooms has a connecting room, the system will freeze during Arrivals Reports and CheckIn Process.

Main System - Package Description Prints on SignIn Sheet
When the Rate and Total Stay Information is selected in the SetUp and Configuration to not print on the SignIn Sheet, the Package Desciption will continue to print on the SignIn Sheet when a package is selected on the Reservation.

Main System - Wrapper Error - Divide by Zero - Stay days
If the user somehow sets up a "discount after x days" and sets the number of days to zero, the system will produce a Wrapper Error or GPF during TotalStay( ) functions ... specifically Total Stay, SnapShot, Posting Room and Tax, etc. The roomMaster.net Rate Setup program will allow a discount of "every certain days" to be setup but allow the user to place a zero in the field. Both of these issues are resolved in this patch.

POS - Bill to Room does not display Sub Folios Correctly
When posting a Bill to Room payment in IQ-POS and using Sub Folios in roomMaster, the 3rd and 4th folio or Sub Folio C and D are displayed incorrectly when all 4 sub folios are populated and when only 3 sub folios are populated, the 3rd folio or sub folio C is not displayed at all for the selection when Billing to the Room.

POS - Employee ID does not handle Alpha Correctly
If the employee user ID is set up to Alpha Characters instead of numeric, the User Report will not total correctly as it is only looking for Numeric Server ID's. Work Around Set up all employee user ID's as Numeric.

Reports - Commission Statements with Connecting Rooms
When printing Commission Statements with Connecting Rooms Together, Work orders entered for the connecting room are not properly deducted.

Reports - Deposits Due report stops after 12/31/2005
Fixed in 10.07.02 In Reservations, the Deposits Due Report does not pick up any reservation checking in after December 31, 2005. There is no workaround at the current time, except writing a QuickReport to pick up the information.
