EPI - EPI PBX Interface Message Waiting Lamps Incorrect
Some interfaces (CAPS, Inntouch, Phillips, Hitachi) would incorrect set the waiting lamp for messages backwards. (turning it on if there were no messages and turning it off if there are). This has been corrected.

Main System - All Room Types on reservations changed
When moving a WalkIn from one room to another, all active reservations in the database changes to that room type. The issue involves the move room for shares logic. The current work-around is to disable Shares (In Reservation Setup). Note: A full restore of the system must be done if this occurs.

When printing batch confirmation letters, nothing prints or a blank letter prints. Issue determined to be that RTF_PrintBatch function was changed to RTF_PrintLetter.

Main System - Creating a share with a checked in room ...
If you create a share reservation against a checked in reservation (Status Checked In), the system will require you to assign a room number, however, you can't assign a room number to a share reservation. The only way out of the reservation is to cancel it. Also, if you checkin a master reservation, you cannnot modify/save a share reservation when this reservation rule is in effect.

Main System - Package Rates with other Rev Account Post .00 rate
With packages, autopost makes a posting to 100 or 101 with a zero amount in addition to the posting of actual revenue on the user-defined room revenue account. Additionally, if the Adjustment Wizard wizard is run with the option to "post for tonight" option checked, it does post for tonight, but it also re-posts in the autopost routine at audit time. -- This is not normal use of the system because the system uses the Room Revenue account selected in the Tax Pull-down. If there is a match, then this is the room posting. In packages, you could selected an unlimited number of entries, all of different room revenue accounts and the system could not combine these. A change it made to the system to not post the extra zero amount, provided that it is actually a value of zero. The adjustment wizard has been modified as well to assume this to be the room posting, but cannot guaratee accurate adjustments if multiple room revenue accounts are setup to post on the same folio for the same day.

Clients who convert to v9 from v8 have account code 105 (new tax code) marked as Room Revenue Account, which causes problems with tax postings.This also affects Total Stay calculations. Corrected.

Main System - Selecting No-Match does not auto-create profile
When creating a reservation for a new hotel guest, selecting "No Match" on the guest profile screen doesn't automatically create a new guest profile, despite the setting in Setup > Configuration > History. Corrected.

Main System - The application failed to initalize. (0xc0000005)
When starting roomMaster, an application error window appears "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application" - The issue is usually when the user is running roomMaster on a laptop or server where there is no printer installed or the printer installed is not connected to any existing device. Install at least one printer on the machine (even a generic printer driver) to bypass this error.

POS - Comping an Item will not comp modifiers
When Comping an item's price (by Modify Item, Comp Item), the item price is set to zero, but any modifiers with pricing are not set to zero.

POS - Discounting Items change modifier prices to zero
When pressing the "Add Discount to Entire Order", any items with modifiers that have a price attached is cleared and set to zero. This occurs because the quantity of the modifier item is zero, which causes the price to be set to zero. This has been fixed.

rm.Net - Email addresses do not work with _ characters
When a user enters an email address in roomMaster.net, and uses an underscore character "_", the system indicates an invalid character is being used. Correction is to add the _ character to the JAVA Script validation function. Corrected in a future version of RM.NET but in the meantime, InnQuest Support can add the _ character to the JAVA Script validation upon request. Rm.net V3.16 future release.
