The Micros POS Interface does not recognize the new feature of shares in roomMaster 2000 V9. A change has been made to handle shares (multiple folios and subfolios) per room to Micros.

Main System - Changing Rate Code on a Folio in History
Changing the rate type on a history or checked out folio does not change the rate amounts and the rate is not recalculated. The system is now changed to allow the rate type to be changed, and the rate is recalculated if the rate type still exists.

Main System - Child field not passed to Rate Display screen
The amount of children on a reservation and inhouse folio is not transferred to the Rate Lookup screen when selecting the Rate Lookup option. Also, adults and children are not passed to the rate lookup screen on an inhouse folio.

Main System - Display rates did not work for Stay overs
When selecting the "Display Rates" screen on any folio or history folio, it would not display rates because it was checking availability previous to the current audit date, thus not displaying any rates until the "Check Availibility" checkbox was turned off. This was corrected.

Main System - Export Journal - On Start Process causes error
When using the "Start of Process" formula on the Export Journal, the select criteria is actually tested during each record cycle in addition to just the Start of Process. This has been corrected. Also added the ability to pull today's debits and credits from the DailyACTfile.

The long term the amount charged to the guest is incorrect. The tax exempt amount showing in the voucher field is the GST, not the GST Exempt Amount.

Main System - Room Assignment access incorrect for "Remove All"
If a user has "No Access" to assign rooms, they can still press the "Remove All" button and remove all assigned rooms from a reservation. Also, the clerk could double click on a room number and assign it even if they did not have access.

Main System - Taxes not converted properly
When conversion from a previous version, the tax accounts may not convert properly and be left under the old account number. This version corrects the issue, but does not fix the issue if the conversion has already ran. Anyone who converted using 9.00 or 9.01 should manually correct the account code figures through Back Office > Chart of Accounts.

When ringing up a "Special Item" for special price or return, if you immediately ring up another item on the guest check, the correct price of the item appears, but the wrong description of the items appears. This was corrected.

POS - Taking ownership of POS check by supervisor
When a server enters an order and places it on hold, there are times when the supervisor may help out the server by entering items - yet the original server should continue to own the check and receive credit for sales. The system is now changed where if the supervisor recalls a held check that is not theirs, they have the option to Take Ownership or Share Ownership of the check.

Added the ability to place multiple email addresses on the "Email PDF Report" line. Example would be [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] ---- email addresses will be seperated by a semi-colon.
