Common Library - POS/Keylock Inactivity Change: The Keylock Processor and iQ-POS Print Manager have been changed to go into a 'sleep-mode' after 20 minutes of inactivity. This change allows these two applications to take up less CPU and Disk Activity during IDLE times. Once either of these applications detect activity, they will revert back to normal operation automatically.

Common Library - Reservation freezing on Guest Profile lookup When entering a last name on a reservation form, and then pressing the Window TAB to go to another tab, the Runtime would fire Windows Resize events to the new window causing the system to lockup/freeze. This has been resolved by allowing the reservation form window to handle all the queued MS-Windows events before switching tabs, and then opening the Guest Profile window, getting around the freeze.

Common Library - Verify Control Numbers did not reset POS Check When selecting the Verify Control Numbers option (In Setup), the control number for POS Checks would not be verified. If the user restored the tables file (or related files) and selected this option, and if iQ-POS was being used, there is a chance for Duplicate POS Check Numbers.

EPI - EPI QuickReceive event only waiting 1.7 seconds Regression: The EPI QuickReceive Event (the event which waits for a confirmation response) was only waiting 1.7 seconds. Changed so all interfaces now wait a full 3 seconds and Best Western Interface waits 6 seconds. This was an issue for Squirrel, Landmark and Silverware POS interfaces which took 3 seconds to process Bill To Room requests.

The iqxml.dll has been enhanced to handle unlimited file and record sizes for OTA (GDS) reservations. The Synxis reservation pick-up is now increased from 5 reservations per load to 10 reservations per load.

Main System - Auto-Assign feature Pass number incorrect When running the auto-assign rooms function, it would state the max number of passes as 10 when it is actually 14. The system was assigning 10 night reservations before it was assigning 14 night reservations as well. Finally, this process was significantly made faster for the Premier Edition and a bunch of minor tweaks to make processing (Standard and Premier) better and more efficient with regards to journaling, mouse cursor, file i/o and screen display.

Main System - Check ToDo's Settings and Open Options incorrect There are some instances (depending on User Profile Settings) that "Check ToDo's at Startup" may not actually execute. This is now fixed. In addition, a change has been made that when Check ToDo's at Startup actually finds ToDo's, that it defaults to only showing ToDo's for that User only. Finally, the "Check ToDO's at Startup" option would not update the user profile when being changed from the ToDo's window.

Main System - Deleting Unsent Mail is not Immediate When writing an internal mail message, and then deleting it, it stays as a "TrashCan" status, rather than being deleted immediately ... so the sent user still has access to it. This has been changed to delete the message immediately rather than making it a trash-can item.

This new feature will allow the rooming list to create the reservations without assigning room numbers. Reports - Travel Agent Commission issues on Owners Statement 1) When selecting to Deduct Travel Agent Commissions on Owners Statement, it would only deduct commissions for the first assigned T/A on the record only. It will now deduct for both, if assigned. 2) There is an issue where as of Version 11, the travel agent commissions were being added to the commission amounts rather than subtracted which is also corrected. 3) Travel Agent Commissions were deducted after percentages and deductions, causing too much of a deduction to the owner. It is now properly changed to deduct travel agent commisison PRIOR to Deduction calculations. 4) The travel agent commission now shows the T/A Name on the Owner's Statement rather than "Travel Agent Commission". 5) Added "T/A Commission Adjustment %" option so owner would not be responsible for the entire T/A Commission causing an unfair final due amount to the owner. (See online help for more information regarding this new option)
